NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2018-CA-005455 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Ally Bank, is the Plaintiff and Gregory Alan Niekum, Karen Kiekum a/k/a Karen Niekum, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
