NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-007306 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-NLC1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-NLC1 is the Plaintiff and Sammie Mutcherson, Jr. a/k/a Sammie Mutcherson; Tonita A. Mutcherson are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 9th day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3, CLIFTON PARK UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
