NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on March 15, 2019 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-007409, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AB1 is the Plaintiff, and DONALD LANE STEPHENS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD L. STEPHENS N/K/A JANE DOE; are Defendants.

COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTH 475 FEET, THENCE EAST 1664 FEET, THENCE NORTH 1010.0 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING. (WHICH POINT IS THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2, HERCHEL HEIGHTS REVISED, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.) BOOK 909, PAGE 90, FOR A POINT OF TERMINATION.
