NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-010433 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, is Plaintiff and BRIAN J. DALY A/K/A BRIAN DALY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN J. DALY A/K/A BRIAN DALY N/K/A TARY DALY; UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EDWARD J. ALVAREZ, DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of June 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 8, BRIGADOON ON LAKE HEATHER TOWNHOME, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
