YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MEDITERRANEAN MANORS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment No. 4109, together with the undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Mediterranean Manors Condominium Unit 4, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4103, Pages 1536-1576, and Plat Book 16, Pages 27-28, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2700 Bayshore Boulevard, #4109, Dunedin, Florida, 34698
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 5-20-19, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
