Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment entered in this cause on April 10, 2019, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 42, Block 007, PALM HILL MOBILE HOME PARK (unrecorded) according to the Master Form Exclusive Right of Possession Agreement recorded in O. R. Book 6384, Page 1015, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all exhibits and amendments thereto;
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 3285 issued by the Cooperative to JOYCE E. LYON (the “Certificate”), evidencing her percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom;
The street address of the Property is 42 Pindo Palm St. E., Lot 42, Largo, FL 33770, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 03-30-15-65684-007-0420.
TOGETHER WITH the mobile home identified as a 1975 CRIT Double-Wide Mobile Home, having Vehicle Identification Numbers 5026A and 5026B, and Title Numbers 0011867878 and 0011867879.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on May 14, 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. PURCHASERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE APPROVED FOR RESIDENCY IN THE PARK IN ACCORDANCE WITH PARK RULES.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
