NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2019, entered in Case No. 16-002308-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Christopher S. Groff A/K/A Christopher Groff; Jenna Groff; Christopher S. Groff A/K/A Christopher Groff, as Personal Representative in the Estate of Vicki L. Groff A/K/A Vicki Lee Groff A/K/A Vicki Groff; Christopher S. Groff A/K/A Christopher Groff, as Natural Guardian of Julia Groff, Minor; Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and All Others Who May Claim an Interest in the Estate of Vicki L. Groff A/K/A Vicki Lee Groff A/K/A Vicki Groff; Unknown Spouse of Vicki L. Groff A/K/A Vicki Lee Groff A/K/A Vicki Groff N/K/A Vicki Lee Groff A/K/A Vicki Groff; Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 10, LAKE PASADENA DEVELOPMENT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
