NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2018, and entered in 17-004863-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-CH2 is the Plaintiff and CARLOS JEFFERSON A/K/A CARLOS T. JEFFERSON A/K/A CARLOS WARREN; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FL; TARGET NATIONAL BANK ; STARR R. MCKINNEY; MICHELLE M. DANIELS; KEYATTA FUDGE; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 07, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
