NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 8th day of March A.D., 2019 in the cause wherein Co Acquisition Property VI, LLC, was plaintiff(s), and First Properties Holding, Inc.; TGM2, Inc.; James Nelson Marsh; Todd A. Hanson; and State of Florida Department of Revenue, was defendant(s), being Case No. 13-011348-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Todd A. Hanson aka Todd Anthony Hanson, in and to the following described property to-wit:
