NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 11, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-007443-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2007-SEA2 is the Plaintiff and LUCY F. KALKA, THE CLOISTERS AT BARDMOOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHELE MARTIN, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO THE CHASE MANHATTAN BANK, N.A., TRUSTEE are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on May 16, 2019, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 42, Building No. G, of THE CLOISTERS AT BARDMOOR, PHASE VII, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 86, Page(s) 115 through 117, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5931, Page 612, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
