NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Promissory Note signed by the Court on the 26th day of March, 2019 and entered in this action on the 27th day of March, 2019, in Case No. 2017-007161-CI of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Jason A. Paul, as Trustee under the Jason A. Paul Living Trust Agreement dated October 13, 2011 and all amendments thereto is Plaintiff and R.E. Metz. Properties, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company that was administratively dissolved on September 22, 20171 1 R.E. Metz Properties, LLC was reinstated with the Florida Secretary of State on January 12, 2018. is the Defendant. Ken Burke, as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida will sell to the highest bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 30th, 2019 the following described property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
