NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 17-000892-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LIMOSA, LLC, is Judgment Assignee and SARAH J. ABELL; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on June 13, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block A, of LAKE PALMS SUBDIVISION SECTION 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 54, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
