CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA Request for Qualifications/Call for Artists 2019-008-RFQ: Oldsmar Downtown Public Art Project
The City of Oldsmar, Florida, a Florida Municipal Corporation, is requesting artists, architects, and design professionals to submit qualifications for designing, fabricating, and installing a permanent exterior public art feature in the downtown area in Oldsmar, Florida.

Those with demonstrated expertise in this field are invited to submit a Qualifications package. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ)/Call for Artists will be open beginning on April 19, 2019. The RFQ/Call for Artist may be found at http://www.callforentry.org. Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Kathryn Dougherty, Procurement Specialist, at [email protected]. All questions must be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM, EST, Friday, April 26, 2019 and will be answered via written addendum.

Responses/Submissions shall be submitted online utilizing the http://www.callforentry.org project site, no later than 11:59 PM, EST, FRIDAY, MAY 10, 2019.

Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by an appointed selection committee to select three finalists. The finalists will be asked to submit and present a site-specific proposal for the appointed selection committee to make a final selection of the proposal that best meets the interest of the City of Oldsmar.
