NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-000749-0-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for SPECIALTY UNDERWRITING AND RESIDENTIAL FINANCE TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4, is the Plaintiff and Angie Ervin, Corris D. Ervin, Cheltenham Homeowners Association, Inc., Fifth Third Mortgage Company, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 20th day of May, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, CHELTENHAM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 1 AND 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
