NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 22, 2011 and Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated April 16, 2019, entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-020872-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE TIKI SERIES III TRUST as the assignee of BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., and ISMAIL TUYSUZ; NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; EMINE TUYSUZ; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on MAY 16, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
