NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18000936CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST X, is the Plaintiff and SIMONE NEMBHARD; RAY GAINER; GOPHER ROOFING, LLC; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendants, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11 a.m. on the 3 day of June 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
