NOTICE OF MEETING
AVIARY AT RUTLAND RANCH DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
A meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Aviary at Rutland Ranch Community Development District is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at 35100 State Road 64E, Myakka City, FL 34251, or alternatively, if not held on May 6, will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at 35100 State Road 64E, Myakka City, FL 34251.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued without further notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings listed above may be obtained from DPFG Management & Consulting, LLC, located at 250 International Parkway, Suite 280, Lake Mary, FL 32746, at (321) 263-0132 one week prior to the meeting.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact DPFG Management & Consulting, LLC, at (321) 263-0132. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
