Subject to all of the terms, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges, obligations easements and liens set forth and contained in said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits, supplements and amendments thereto, and all instruments referred to therein.
has been filed against you, STUART ROBEY, if living and if dead, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is as follows:
