NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 004735 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-3, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and Terry Purdy a/k/a Terry A. Purdy, Jr, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Heather Vallely, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 23rd day of May, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, LAKE IN THE WOODS, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 9 AND 9A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
