NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004448, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and SUSAN KENDRICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN KENDRICK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BELL VILLA PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITRUS PARK-TROST INTERNATIONAL, INC.; are defendants. COMMENCING AT THE S.W. CORNER OF SAID SECTION 18; THENCE SOUTH 89° 44' 31”EAST FOR 1859.31 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0° 03' 15”EAST FOR 1724.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 0° 03' 15”EAST FOR 250 FEET; THENCE EAST FOR 182.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0° 03' 15” WEST FOR 250 FEET; THENCE WEST FOR 182.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO A 15 FOOT ROAD EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY THEREOF.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
