NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2019 entered in Case No.: 18-CA-2070 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS MARTINO, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THAT CERTAIN LAND TRUST DATED JANUARY 26, 2010 AND NUMBERED TRUST #10919 is the Defendant. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 13, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 12, Block 1, EAST GATE MOBILE ESTATES UNIT NO. 4, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 38, Page 73, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
