NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-012051, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-59 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-59, is Plaintiff and DANLIS ENTERPRISES, INC.; DANIEL B. ALMENDARES, JR. A/K/A DANIEL B. ALMENDARES; are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of MAY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 4, BLOCK 17, BANZA BANZA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN WEST 32 FEET ALONG NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL TO WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4 FOR A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET; THENCE IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION 42.45 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT ON SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4, WHICH POINT IS 18 FEET WEST OF SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE EAST 18 FEET TO SAID SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 4; AND THENCE NORTH 90 FEET TO POINT-OF-BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
