NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-001907 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, National Association, Plaintiff and Angelo DiVincenzo a/k/a Angelo Divinceno are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 22, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, OAK CREEK PARCEL “H - H”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 141 THROUGH 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
