Plaintiff, v.
THE TRUSTEE COMPANY, as Trustee for 1820 7th AVENUE S. LAND TRUST, a Florida land trust, and GRP LOAN, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, their grantees, creditors and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against them; and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees and creditors, or other parties claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties or claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described,

Lot 3, JOHN SHEWMAN SUBDIVISON, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 84, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures thereon
Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kelly C. Culbertson, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 3935 16th St. N., Suite 100, St. Petersburg, FL 33703, on or before 27 May 2019 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
