NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 21, 2019, entered in case No. 15-003854-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SPACE COAST ASSETS, LLC is the Plaintiff and DAVID ROCK and CANDACE A. ROCK, et. al. are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on JUNE 25, 2019, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, WEDGEWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
