NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Apartment No. 705, according to the Condominium Plat of ROYAL STEWART ARMS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, according to Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 84-86, and being fully described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3701, Pages 432-524, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the Grantor's Leasehold interest in and to the undivided .0103352% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, together with all easement rights and privileges as set forth in the Declaration. With the following street address: 7 Elgin Place, #705, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 23, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
