The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas, Florida; Case No. 18-005742-CI; and is styled NEWREZ LLC, F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC, D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING vs. DION R. HANCOCK, ESQUIRE, TRUSTEE OF THE 90 SOUTH 144TH AVENUE #7, MADEIRA BEACH, FL 33708, LAND TRUST; KIMBERLY L. COINER-MOYLE A/K/A KIMBERLY L. COINER MOYLE A/K/A KIMBERLY L. MOYLE A/K/A KIMBERLY MOYLE; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-H; MADEIRA BONITA, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 90 SOUTH 144TH AVENUE #7, MADEIRA BEACH, FL 33708, LAND TRUST. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Sonia Henriques McDowell, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900 Orlando, FL 32801-3454, on or before 5-27-19, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on ___ or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
