NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2019, entered in Case No. 15-007367-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Deborah Nielsen a/k/a Deborah A. Nielsen, Deceased; James Thomas Brogan a/k/a James T. Brogan; Debra Anne Goulet a/k/a Debra A. Goulet f/k/a Debra A. Brogan; Samantha Anne-Marie Brogan; John S. Brogan; HSBC Finance Corporation, successor by merger to HSBC Bank Nevada, National Association; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 10, HIGH POINT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
