NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 25, 2019, in Case No. 16-006810-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein PLAZA HOME MORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST HELEN PENNETTA, DECEASED; CARMINE MULLLER, AS CO-TRUSTEE UNDER THE AMENDMENT AND FIRST RESTATEMENT OF THE ANTHONY N. PENNETTA AND HELEN PENNETTA REVOCABLE TRUST DATED DECEMBER 14, 1987; JOHN MULLER, AS CO-TRUSTEE UNDER THE AMENDMENT AND FIRST RESTATEMENT OF THE ANTHONY N. PENNETTA AND HELEN PENNETTA REVOCABLE TRUST DATED DECEMBER 14, 1987; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE AMENDMENT AND FIRST RESTATEMENT OF THE ANTHONY N. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of May 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
