NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 4, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-002588-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and German Vila a/k/a German E. Vila, Ivonne Vila, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a German Vila, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of June, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 55, SIRMONS ORANGE BLOSSOM HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
