When you vacated the premises located at 100 Hampton Road, Lot No. 57, Clearwater, Florida 33759, the following personal property remained: 1990 PALM mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers PH066610A and PH066610B and all personal items located inside the mobile home. You may claim this property at: Island in the Sun, 100 Hampton Road, Clearwater, Florida 33759, 727-796-0500. Unless you pay the reasonable costs of storage and advertising, if any, for all the described property and take possession of the property, not later than fifteen (15) days after the date of this notice, or ten (10) days after the date of this notice if this notice is personally delivered, on May 10, 2019 at 10:30 a.m., this property may be disposed of pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, or other applicable sections of Florida Statues. If you fail to reclaim the property, it will be sold at a public sale after notice of the sale has been given by publication. You have the right to bid on the property at this sale. After the property is sold and the costs of storage, advertising, and sale are deducted, the remaining money will be paid over to the county. You may claim the remaining money at any time within 1 year after the county receives the money.
