NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of April, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18004078CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and STEVEN WINDER A/K/A STEVEN E. WINDER, AS GUARDIAN OF ETHAN LAWRENCE CROSSLEY AND KYLIE RENAE CROSSLEY; DAWN WINDER A/K/A DAWN M. WINDER, AS GUARDIAN OF ETHAN LAWRENCE CROSSLEY AND KYLIE RENAE CROSSLEY; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; STEVEN WINDER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CORINNE COURTNEY WINDER A/K/A CORINNE WINDER A/K/A CORINNE C. WINDER; STEVEN WINDER A/K/A STEVEN E. WINDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DESIREE FEO; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CORINNE COURTNEY WINDER A/K/A CORINNE WINDER A/K/A CORINNE C. WINDER; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of May, 2019, at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT ONE (1), BLOCK FIVE (5), CURLEW GROVES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE(S) 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
