NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2019 entered in Civil Case No.: 2018-CC-015321-O of the County Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk .realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 25TH day of September , 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 34B, LONG LAKE VILLAS PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 7411 LITTLE POND CT, ORLANDO, FL 32810.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
