Final Judgment was awarded on May 13, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-007904-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2007-A is the Plaintiff, and BOCA STEL 2, LLC; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; PAUL CARTER; BRADFORD COVE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRADFORD COVE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRADFORD COVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on August 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BRADFORD COVE PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 82 AND 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
