NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on May 15, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-004446-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6 is the Plaintiff, and FRANCOIS JONATHAS; BLOSETTE JONATHAS; CHAPIN STATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on August 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, OF CHAPIN STATION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, AT PAGE(S) 28 THROUGH 33, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
