NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-009529-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for First Horizon Alternative Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-AA7, is the Plaintiff and Luxury Living Developers Corporation, Unknown Party #2 NKA EARL SNYDER, Unknown Party #1 NKA CHRISSY SNYDER, City of Orlando, Florida, Tania M. Torruella, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the August 26, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
