RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 15, 2019 and entered in Case No. 18000396CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff, and JAMES C. WALKER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 173, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 16A THROUGH 16Z7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
