NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on June 17, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2015CA003163AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and MARTIN E. SMITH; HELEN C. SMITH A/K/A HELEN CAROL SMITH; SKYLEE PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on August 21, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 3; AND LOT 2, LESS THE SOUTH 60.0 FEET; OF SKYLEE PINES SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 120 AND 121, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 50 FEET FOR PRIVATE ROAD AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1069, PAGES 3316-3320, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
