NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2017 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 23, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-007237 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and KURT A. STEPHENS; DONNA M. STEPHENS; VERONA WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WINDING CYRPESS MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. et al; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 22 day of August, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1146, VERONA WALK PHASE 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
