NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2018, and entered in 2018 CA 000758 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and MARK E. ABRAMS; MARY E. ABRAMS; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 29, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
