NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated April 9, 2019, and was recorded May 22, 2019, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, Instrument Number 2019067118, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SANDPIPER BEACH CLUB OF SIESTA KEY Manager's Office, 6414 Midnight Pass Road, Sarasota, FL 34242 on the 27th day of August, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
