NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of July, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004055 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBERT JOHN VAN DER BERG A/K/A ROBERT J. VAN DER BERG; KATHERINE NICOLE VAN DER BERG KATHERINE N. VAN DER BERG A/K/A KATHERINE N. KELLNER; BOCA STEL 2 LLC; CEDAR CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A.; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TIM MILLER; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, CEDAR CREEK, UNIT NO II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
