NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on July 24, 2019 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-003595, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff, and JOHN J. ALVARADO A/K/A JOHN ALVARADO; THAMAR ALVARADO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE, INC.; THE CANTERBURY SCHOOL, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DERELIS MONTERO are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on September 23, 2019 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14 AND 15, BLOCK 4087, UNIT 57, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 124 TO 137, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
