EVERSTINE, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST SANDRA K. EVERSTINE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA K. EVERSTINE; and THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 23 day of July, 2019, entered in case No. 19-CC-001591 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EGRET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and, SANDRA K. EVERSTINE is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of August, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 206, Building B, of EGRET CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1551, Pages 1528 through 1582, and Amendment adding Phase No. III to the Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 1740, Page 3468, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
