NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-005536 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ABS REO TRUST VI, Plaintiff, and ANDY BOWERS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A DAVID BOWERS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A LISA BOWERS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 23 day of August, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 6 (E1/2 THEREOF) BLOCK A OF PONDELLA ACRES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 53 ET SEQ, OF THE PUBLIC REORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, CONVENATS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
