NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-001142 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and PORTO ROMANO AT MIROMAR LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RICHARD ROBERTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD ROBERTS; MIROMAR LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MIROMAR LAKES BEACH AND GOLF MASTER ASSOCIATION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 23 day of August, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, MIROMAR LAKES, UNIT VIII, PORTO ROMANO SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 7 THROUGH 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
