NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-CA-003922 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2004-HYB6, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HYB6, Plaintiff, and, JACK D. COOK AKA JACK DWAYNE COOK, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 3 day of January, 2020, the following described property:
