HOWERY, CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 26, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 5, Greenwood Park Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 5, page 59, thence East along the Southerly right of way line of Greenwood Avenue, 80 feet, to point of beginning of land hereby conveyed; thence South parallel to Adams Avenue 93.32 feet; thence East 60 feet; thence North 93.32 feet to the Southerly right of way line of Greenwood Avenue; thence West 60 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
