NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2019 in Case No. 19-CC-02146 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein ISLAND PARK WOODS ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and KENNETH L. ADAMS, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on August 29, 2019. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, SECTION F, WATERWAY BAY UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 71-73, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 6117 MONTEGO BAY LOOP, FORT MYERS, FL 33908.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
