NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 21, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-000549 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLEY AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and DONNA A. ALYEA, JAMES T. CRABTREE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of September, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that certain land situate in Hillsborough County, FL, to-wit: Lot 36, CHEVAL WEST VILLAGE 9, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 73, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
